Nová hvězda nezávislé scény Kurt Vile & The Violators se vrací do Prahy
S novým albem Wakin on a Pretty Daze se do Prahy vrací americký kytarista Kurt Vile s doprovodnou skupinou The Violators. Jeden z nejnadějnějších písničkářů současnosti přináší zdravý závan minulosti, šedesátá léta jasně připomene i jeho bujná hříva. Nadšený hudební tisk ho bez okolků rovnou přirovnává k takovým jménům hudební historie, jako jsou Neil Young, Lou Reed nebo Bruce Springsteen, a dlužno dodat, že jeho uvolněné a přirozeně hitové písně tomuto zdánlivě odvážnému tvrzení dávají za pravdu. Kurt Vile se objeví na pódiu Lucerna Music Bar dnes v pondělí 17. června.

November 25, 2004 – New tree for the Vysoké Tatry mountains
ATOM foundation has filed the new project No. 05011 whereby will be organized collection under named programme "New tree for the Vysoké Tatry mountains". The program goal is to help recovery the ecological stability after natural disaster that has recently happened in the national park of the Tatry. By your donation you can help to the constitution of stands which is essential for the ecological stability of the landscape.
November 23, 2004 – Grant from the Europe social funds
ATOM foundation with its projects is ready to take an active role to engage amongst applications of the grant from the Europe social funds. The project 02009 - "Education of youth" - "Reading for Schools" is the first request in processing.
October 19, 2004 – Reading for Schools
As well our foundation has participated on very interesting project that has been officially initiated in the beginning of October. The first action "Literary go-about show" will be held at the end of the year in Prague 4 premisses. We will keep you informed about the process. You can grant the donation under number 02009.
August 12, 2004 – Assemblage of the school leavers
Finally, the school leavers of the industrial school and electro-technical school in Liberec will assemble after 30 years. Organizer of the meeting is about to engage into a pilot programme of our foundation, so we wish all participated well.
July 28, 2004 – Good new:
Private companies donate for charity increasingly. They deducted from tax base 7.0 millions CZK in the year 2000. Two years later it was 1,1 billion CZK. Centre of donation is in the area of sport. Consequently, some of the foundations organize active campaigns to gain long-term financial resource for other purposes just from firms. Have you already been addressed by any foundation?
July 28, 2004 – Conference - "Donation in the Czech Republic"
The third conference of the foundations and grantors "Donation in the Czech Republic" will be held in context of EU in the days-time from November 8th till November 9th, 2004 in the Senate parliament in Prague. The first day is aimed for the foundation's grantors and the second day is aimed for the firm's grantors. For more information please follow our website.
